Mavenir 4.0 One Year Later: Is the Reset Delivering?

On October 21 and 22, 2026, Mavenir held its annual two-day analyst event in Dallas, Texas. President and CEO Pardeep Kohli kicked off the plenary session with a complete corporate update on Mavenir, starting with a recap of the company’s evolution and the strategic decisions it made in 2025 as part of its Reset & Go-Forward Plan. This research note looks at how Mavenir has moved from last year’s reset to execution of a telco-first, cloud-native, AI-by-design approach, the new version of the company we call Mavenir 4.0.
